Our Story

The International Food Union was established as a humanitarian platform combining field expertise and scientific standards to ensure safe and nutritious food reaches the most vulnerable populations. Through a wide network of local and international partners, we coordinate emergency response operations, support food security programs, and develop innovative solutions for sustainable nutrition.

Our vision is a world free from hunger and malnutrition, where every person has access to food with dignity, in an environment that respects human values and supports sustainable development.

The Challenge

Facilities face intertwined challenges: safety risks, skill gaps, and high waste costs. Without a unified framework, efforts are scattered across quality, production, and nutrition teams.

Our Solution

  • HACCP Readiness: Gap assessments, critical control points, and digital records.
  • Nutrition: Meal guidelines and menu improvements aligned with public health standards.
  • Sustainability: Waste mapping, reduction plans, and energy efficiency improvements.
  • IFF-Gold: A unified points framework providing an excellence badge and driving continuous improvement.
