International Food Federation Membership Card
The membership card is an official document granted to accredited members, proving that the holder is recognized as an active member in the field of food security and sustainable development. This card allows members to participate in specialized programs and initiatives led by the union, reflecting a level of expertise and competence in accordance with
International Food Federation Membership Requirements:
The applicant must be a company, factory, organization, or a body working in the food sector or related fields.
Hold a valid commercial registration or professional license.
Commitment to the Federation's standards for food safety and quality.
Submit an official membership application along with the required documents (license, commercial registration, and a brief about the activity).
Approval of the Federation's professional code of honor.
Payment of the annual membership fees as determined by the General Secretariat.
Membership Benefits:
Obtaining an official membership certificate accredited by the International Food Federation.
Ability to be nominated for the Gold Quality Certificate (IFF-Gold) and other accreditation certificates.
Inclusion of the member's name and logo in the official members' directory on the Federation's website.
Card and membership certificate for the company, organization, or factory representative.
Commitment to participating in exhibitions, conferences, and events organized by the Federation.
The right to use the union's logo on audio publications within specified controls.
Obtaining free or discounted technical consultations from the union's experts in the fields of quality and food safety.
Access to an international network with Federation members and partners around the world. Access to training programs and workshops organized by the union.
Promotional and international marketing opportunities through the Federation's platforms and events.
Participation in developing policies and proposals submitted by the Federation to relevant authorities.
Required Documents:
Electronic copy of the travel document (passport).
Electronic copy of the professional card or proof of work in the field.
Electronic copies of certificates and documents that support professional and scientific experiences.
Acknowledgement of the authenticity of the submitted documents and their freedom from any falsification.
Procedures Followed:
Fill out the registration form available on the International Food Federation's website.
Send all required documents along with the registration form to the union through official channels.
The application will be reviewed by the specialized committee, and the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection decision within one week from the date of submission.
After the application is accepted, the required fees must be paid via the union's bank account.
After completing the procedures, the membership card and official certificate of affiliation are sent to the member.
